We were looking to select a new finance platform to streamline our processes. PayProp had many key features we needed and the existence of the PadBoss Capture integration was integral to our decision.
The contractor invoice process had been a significantly confused process and this was alleviated by bringing in PadBoss’ OCR technology to go alongside the deployment of PayProp. PadBoss will save our agency hours, which we aim to use more profitably!!
We are extremely happy with the PadBoss Capture system, the ability of our property managers to approve and publish contractor invoices has sped up significantly.
Aided by PadBoss Capture, capturing and extracting the relevant information from our contractor invoices has been automated and we are presented this key information on the invoices hub to deal with them quickly and efficiently. Our landlords are now able to take advantage of the PayProp Owner app as PadBoss files the actual file attachments against the payment to ensure this is visible for our landlords.
PadBoss has been great for our agency! It is simple to use and has helped us speed up the processing of invoices into PayProp. The agency has eradicated essentially all manual entry for contractor invoices, which was a real pain point for staff before we deployed PadBoss.
New members of staff are able to operate the system as you are not required to be trained on the rules on PayProp, these are applied automatically by actions from the PadBoss Capture module. This is invaluable, giving new employees time to get up to speed.
